Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StreamWise ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

StreamWise is a free recommendation tool that helps Australian sports fans:

• • Find the best streaming services for their favorite sports
• • Compare subscription costs and features
• • Optimize spending by subscribing only during active seasons
• • Receive email notifications about season start/end dates (optional)

Important: StreamWise is a recommendation tool only. We do not sell subscriptions or provide streaming content. All subscriptions are purchased directly from the streaming service providers.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To save plans and receive notifications, you must create an account by signing in with Google. By creating an account, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and current information
• • Maintain the security of your account
• • Be responsible for all activity under your account
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated tools
• • Impersonate others or provide false information
• • Spam or abuse the contact form
• • Use the Service to harm, harass, or threaten others

Free Service

StreamWise is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:

• • Introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future
• • Display advertisements (with notice to users)
• • Modify or discontinue features at any time

If we introduce paid features, existing free features will remain free unless we provide advance notice and the option to export your data.

Third-Party Streaming Services

StreamWise provides recommendations for third-party streaming services (Kayo, Stan Sport, Optus Sport, etc.). We are not affiliated with these services and:

• • Do not guarantee pricing accuracy (prices may change)
• • Are not responsible for service quality or availability
• • Do not handle subscriptions, billing, or customer support for these services
• • Are not liable for issues with streaming service accounts

You must comply with the terms of service of any streaming service you subscribe to.

Pricing Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing information for streaming services. However:

• • Prices are subject to change by streaming service providers
• • We are not responsible for pricing errors or omissions
• • Always verify current pricing directly with the streaming service
• • Savings calculations are estimates based on available data

Season and Competition Data

We provide season start/end dates and competition information based on publicly available sources. However:

• • Dates may change due to scheduling updates
• • We are not responsible for incorrect or outdated season information
• • You should verify important dates with official sources

Email Notifications

If you opt in to email notifications:

• • We will send reminders about season start/end dates
• • Notifications are sent based on your preferences (1-4 weeks before events)
• • You can disable notifications at any time from your dashboard
• • We are not liable if you miss a notification due to email delivery issues

Intellectual Property

All content on StreamWise (design, logos, text, graphics, code) is owned by StreamWise or licensed to us. You may not:

• • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• • Use our name, logo, or branding without authorization
• • Reverse engineer or copy our algorithms or code

Team logos, competition names, and streaming service logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them for informational purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold StreamWise harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• • Your use of the Service
• • Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

Severability
